Support us

Every donation we receive supports the work we do. It means that together, we save lives and give women and girls hope for the future.

Make a donation

Every 30 seconds Police receive a phone-call from a victim of domestic abuse. Your donation will directly help us provide a vital service to survivors of domestic abuse. Your donation supports women and girls to rebuild their lives and also contributes towards the prevention and awareness of domestic abuse within our communities.

Fundraise on our behalf

Fancy raising funds to support Newcastle Women’s Aid? There are lots of ways to raise money – you could have a bake sale, a quiz night, ask people to sponsor you to do a run or hold a raffle. Whatever you decide, we’re really appreciative of your support and can generate publicity for you via our social media.

Directors

Newcastle Women’s Aid is a charity and a company limited by guarantee. We have a voluntary Board of Directors/Trustees who strategically manage the organisation and contribute to the future direction of our work. If you have a commitment towards ending domestic abuse against women and girls, have the ability to think creatively, problem-solve and work strategically, we’d love to hear from you. To find out more, please get in touch with us by telephone, email or through our contact page.

Follow us on social media

Even if you can’t support us financially, or give us your time, please follow us on the socials and shout about us from the rooftops – it all makes a difference.

You can follow us on X (formely Twitter) here. Or on Facebook here.

I have valued every second of my support, from the first telephone call to 1-to-1 appointments and group sessions. It has not been easy and I have tripped many times BUT not fallen as you have helped to pick me up and carry on.
